Heavy Gauge Bosons

 

Many extensions of the standard model require additional heavy gauge bosons. In particular, the sequential standard model predicts the existence of a new massive boson, W', exhibiting the same couplings as the standard model W boson, i.e., with final states consisting either of a charged lepton and neutrino or a quark pair. We are searching for these new heavy bosons in various leptonic decay channels.
